Unfurnished Offices

Unfurnished Offices are normally let on a 12 month basis but we can offer some flexibility by negotiation. Leases are normally extended automatically with rent reviews at 3 yearly intervals - unless otherwise agreed. We are also flexible on tenants wishing to move offices within the building - either having a requirement for larger space - or in some cases "down sizing". Whilst most offices are let furnished, we appreciate that some tenants would prefer to furnish to their own taste and we are happy for them to do so.

The office block is doubled glazed and all offices have central heating, suspended ceilings with modular light fittings and either have polished floors or carpeting.

There is also a modern well equipped kitchen on the first floor available for the use of all tenants.
